Return and Refund Policy

All images are for illustration purposes only; the actual product may vary. Only use email or WhatsApp if you need to return your product or make a request for a refund. Each request must be accompanied with the original receipt or invoice. The product purchased must not be used. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product(s) you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately with details of the product and the defect. However, we will not be responsible for any shipping cost when you return the product(s) to us. Shipping costs for returned products will be borne solely by the customer. Please report any defect or return of the product(s) within a week of receiving the product(s). All returned product(s) should be mailed to the following address:

Upon receiving the receipt for the returned products, please give our team some time to examine the product's condition (s). We will notify you via email or phone within 14 working days on the product replacement. Refund will either be in the form of product replacement or monetary refund.
